Wiki journalism: are wikis the new blogs?
Pete Ashton asks that question as he points to a paper by Paul Bradshaw. The paper doesn’t explore the legal issues in any depth, but it does mention copyright as a concern.

Actually I’m more concered with libel and defamation, but I can see copyright being an issue if you don’t apply a GNU Free Documentation License or similar.
